The Relaxing Hotels is a group of four quality accommodations in the Colosseum / Via Cavour area of central Rome; the Colosseo Studio Suites, the Residenza Monti, the Antico Palazzo Rospigliosi and the 3 star Hotel Valle.

» When’s the best time to come?
Spring and fall are high season, when the weather is at its best and the city is both beautiful and fragrant, however, if you wish to get a low season bargain and avoid the crowds, mid summer and mid winter are your best options.

» What will the weather be like?
Unfortunately most of the soothsayers went the way of the ancient empire, but you can get a five day weather forecast here.

» How do we get the keys to our apartment?
Let us know what time you expect to arrive and provide us with a cell phone number for you. One of our staff will meet you at 261 Via Cavour where the Colosseo Studio Suites are located. If there is any confusion, come to our administrative center at the Hotel Valle at number 134.

» What does the booking process entail? Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is necessary but you will need a valid credit card in order to book using our Instant Booking System. Your card details will be securely stored until you come to check out, at which point you can pay by cash or card.

» What’s your cancellation policy?
